Roxanna Cohen

Roxanna Cohen developed a fascination with human movement potential at the young age of 5 when she began her study of ballet. By the age of 17, her studies included yoga and modern dance. She minored in dance in college and simultaneously studied with Dayton Contemporary Dance Company into her early 20s. Performances include guest appearances with Thesixof us, a modern dance collaboration in Dayton, Ohio.

Choreography duties prevailed as Roxanna's career expanded into the newly emerging fitness field until injuries lead her to a career shift as a physical therapist. She is now a certified pilates rehabilitation specialist and and runs her own company Positive Impact, a physical therapy/pilates studio that specializes in maximizing human movement potential. Roxanna’s avocation has turned to climbing fabric and she is thrilled to be back performing after a 20 year hiatus.
